Cole Stewart's French Toast

Ingredients
- 16-24 bread slices
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 8 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and add milk, sugar, salt, and nutmeg.
- Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
- Heat a cast-iron pan over medium-low heat.
- Dip each bread slice briefly into the mixture and place in the pan.
- Cook each side for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
